Shri H.R. Keshava Murthy is the founder of Shri Keshava Nritya Shala. It is a dance school which trains students in Bharatanatyam. He has dedicated himself to this field for more than five decades. He has trained thousands of students under his able guidance. Many have taken this as a profession and running their own dance schools. Guru Shri B.K. Shyam Prakash is the Founder Director of Samskruthi Bhavan. He is also the Founder of Keshava College of Music and Dance & Keshava Samskruthi Sabha. He is the son of Late Natyacharya Sri H R Keshava Murthy & Smt Sharadamma. He has been teaching Bharatanatyam at Keshava Nrithyashala for over 30 years. He has been the founder and director of Keshava College of Dance & Music. It is the first ever college in Karnataka to give BA degree in Bharatanatyam and Karnatic Music. He is currently managing the Keshava Nritya Shala on the post of the Director.
