Ayyanar College of Music is an age-old institution founded by Late Sri. T. Chowdiah, the famous violinist in the year 1952. Ayyanar College conducts Special Study Circles, Features, and Lecture Demonstrations. It also conducts Music Concerts. Anoor R. Dattatreya Sharma is currently the Principal of Ayyanar College of Music. The College is training and has trained an innumerable number of students. Many of them are well-recognized concert artists of today. This college imparts extensive training on different musical instruments to many students. Even blind students get trained here.
