I am R.Vasudevan, Carnatic musician and a student of Shri Palghat K.S. Narayanaswamy and Shri Neyveli Santhanagopalan. I have also undergone valuable guidance under Vidushi. Neela Ramgopal for the last two years. While in chennai i have had the opportunity to learn under Vidwan Shri Calcutta K.S.Krishnamurthi and Vidwan Shri T.N.Seshagopalan. I am also a visiting faculty for Post graduate open course in Azim Premji university. I am based out of Bangalore. I am interested in performing in your esteemed organization. I have performed regular and thematic concerts and workshops and accompanied by esteemed musicians like Shri M.S.Govindaswamy, Vidushi Charulatha Ramanujam, Shri H.S.Suddendra and Shri Vasudeva Rao. I have done the following thematic Lec-Dem concerts 1. Hindustani ragas in carnatic music 2. Raga bhava wrt Rishaba Gandharams in ragas 3. Mayuram Viswanatha sastrt krithis 4. Appreciation of carnatic music I am pursuing my music career after a long stint in IT career. I have performed in various sabhas including Pranava Fine Arts, Thyaga Brahma Gana Sabha, Suswaralaya, Rathinagireeswarar Temple Shivarathiri music festival, Ayodhya Mandapam Rama Navami, Kartik Fine Arts, Ranjani Fine Arts, Bellary Music Club, Maris Music Mela 2012, Nadasurabhi in Bangalore, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Thyaga Brahma Gana Sabha, Chennai and Parthasarathi Swami Sabha.
