Vidwan T S Pattabhirama Pandit is a traditional carnatic musician, from Bangalore. From childhood he has a keen interest in music, as both his parents were great musicians. At age 3, his mother introduced him to music and he chose to further gain his knowledge under the tutelage of Smt Vallabham Kalyana Sundaram, for . He learnt from great Vidwans like Sangeetha Kalanidhi Dr.S. Ramanathan, Sangeetha Kalanidhi, Padmasri, Prof Palghat Sri K.V.Narayanaswamy for 13 years to expand his quest and knowledge in music. He is an "A" grade artist of AIR Trichy. Pattabhirama Pandit is one of the greatest musicians who has owned himself completely to Carnatic Music. He was trained under the extraordinary maestro K.V. Narayana Swamy who is widely considered to be among the finest Carnatic music vocalists of the 20th century and was awarded the Madras Music Academy's Sangeetha Kalanidhi in 1986. He was described as the "Gentle Perfect Knight" of Carnatic music. Pattabhirama Pandit had his early lessons from Vallabham Kalyana Sundaram and S. Ramanathan. He is a graded artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan, Shri Pattabhi Rama Pandit T.S. has performed extensively in many prestigious music festivals in India and abroad. He has been accompanied by eminent artists such as Shri Umayalpuram Sivaraman, Shri M. Nagaraj, and Shri M. Manjunath to name a few, during his performances. His involvement with his music was visible from the manner in which he enjoyed singing. He was born on 24th October 1977 at Mysore, to Sri T.R. Suryanarayana and Smt M.S.Nagarathna. He hails from a family of musicians from both sides. He was recognised by a number of awards.
