Smt. Radha Srisailam is a renowned Veena player and vocalist in the world of music. A muse of the Veena, she also enchants with her Vocal rendering too. An alumnus of the prestigious University of Mysore, she did her Masters in music at the same. She has trained under the tutelage of distinguished gurus Shrimathi M.B Padma, Vidwan Devakottai Narayana Iyengar, Shrimathi Bhagavati Mami and Vidwan C.K Shankara Narayana Rao. She is a disciple of Veena Vishweshwaran.

She has presented a paper in Synergy music on - Effective Communication Through Music as a speaker. She has also written and directed - Sangeeta Roopaka called - Purandara Dasaru Kanda Krushna and presented it in Udupi for the festival there. Her skill doesn't confine to the traditional Veena, she mesmerises with an electronic Veena too.

She has judged music competitions like Stateesh Sharma Trust, Mood Indigo, Saint Xavior College and national level competitions in Mysore. A workshop on - Tyagaraja Pancharatna Kritis has also been conducted by her and she has trained more than 22 students to perform in Apoorva Academy for Performing Art Center.

She has been nurturing young voices in the path of music for many years, in prominent cities including Mumbai, Mysore and Bangalore. She has led more than 120 students into the world of music in more than 25 years of her teaching experience. She also teaches syllabus wise for - Karnataka Board Music Examination for Veena and Vocal.
