P Ramaa's aunt Smt. M K Saraswati, an acknowledged Vainika, initiated Ramaa to music. Later she received training from T R Srinivasan a senior vocalist. She completed her masters degree in music with Distinction from the Mysore University. Ramaa received her advanced training from Smt. Nagamani Srinath and R K Srikantan with a rich input of resources. AIR has placed Ramaa in ‘A’ Group in the classical vocal. She got ‘A’ Grade in the rendering of devotional music and ‘A’ Grade in light music rendition. R Chandrika, is a well-known Carnatic vocalist in Karnataka. She learned music from Smt. Nagamani Srinath andSri. R K Srikantan. Chandrika is a rank holder in the Vidwat exam. She has many audio and CDs to her credit released by well known organizations. She has won both Central and State Government Scholarships for learning Carnatic music. Chandrika started giving concerts at the age of 15. Chandrika is a Double Graduate, working as a Staff Artist in All India Radio. She is an “A” graded artist in AIR and Door Darshan.
