Dr.R.Raghuram is one of the experienced musicians, from Bangalore. He trained in music at the age of 10, under the tutelage of Vidwan. Sri. Ulsoor S.Chandrashekar and Vidushi.Vasantha Madhavi. He also trained in Violin, under the able guidance of Anoor S. Ramakrishna. He earned his doctorate in "Scientific analysis of Violin Techniques in Carnatic Music". Raghuram has performed at many sabhas and music festivals all over India and abroad. He is the recipient of government scholarships and prestigious awards. He has given many programmes for AIR, Doordarshan and private television channels. Raghuram is the founder of "Sri Academy of Music and Arts" that aims to teach music to all music enthusiasts.
