About

Vaibhav Ramani is a twenty-one-year-old maestro in violin from Bangalore. Vaibhav has been trained under his Guru Sri Kumaresh. He has started performing at many prestigious events right from his childhood. He has played violin solo as part of the Aha!! Children’s Theatre Festival at Ranga Shankara in the category of ‘Young Musician’.He stood first in the Karnataka Music Junior Grade Instrumental exam conducted in 2010, with 393 marks out of 4000 (98%), and was awarded for the same by the Karnataka Teacher’s Association. Participated in the Bangalore Temple Festival inn Sept 2010, and played the violin solo in Sri Karanji Anjaneya Swami Temple, Bangalore, organized by Gudiya Sambhrama. He has won the special violin prize across all categories in the music competition conducted by Sri Academy of Music and Arts (SAMA) in November 20010, and further performed In Gayana Samaj as part of the prize distribution ceremony in February 2011. He performed a full-fledged concert along with his Guru, Sri Kumaresh Rajagopalan and Akshay Ganesh, at Anjaneya Swami Alaya Mahotsavam, Tanjavur. He has also performed a violin solo concert accompanied by Mr Prashanth on the Mridangam at the Bangalore Gayana Samaj as part of the 44th Music Conference. He has a unique style in being very composed and bold as well as giving a leisurely presentation
