Triveni Saralaya, was more than just as an inspiring woman who helped many take up music. Bhargavi Venkatram, an engineering student and performing vocalist, is her daughter. “My mother went to her classes till the fag-end of her pregnancy. But the true inspiration is in her seeing every problem of mine turned into a ‘lesson’ for better focus. This calming factor is an inspiration for me to continue performing,” said Ms. Bhargavi. Smt. Triveni Saralaya and aunt Smt. Kavitha Saralaya are together known as Saralaya Sisters.
