Vidwan Saketharaman is a renowned Carnatic vocalist, from Bangalore. He is the disciple of Lalgudi Jayaraman. He has attended several workshops conducted by his guru, thus honing his skills in music. Saket is an "A" grade artist in AIR and has given many programmes for AIR and Doordarshan. He has performed at many prestigious platforms in India and Abroad. He has participated in several music competitions and won prizes. He is the recipient of M.S.Subbulakshmi award, Yuva Puraskar award and many more.
