S.V.Bhaskar worked hard in the field of music with the instrument flute, which brought up as a very good flute artiste of Karnataka state today. He born on 15th February 1966 in Bangalore in music family, his father Karnataka Ganagandharva sri.S.V. Venkateshaiah was well known for his contribustion as musician and also as founder of well known music institute “SRI VANI INSTITUTE OF MUSIC” (Recognized by the state government of Karnataka). His Mother Smt.Kamalamma is also a veena vidhusi. Brother S.V.Giridhar, S.V.Balakrishna and sisters Smt.Shashikala, Smt,Vijayalakshmi and Smt.Vani are also into music and are have many students, some are very popular. He was trained his flute classes under Guru Flute Maestro Sangeetha Kala Rathna Vidwan Sri.M.S.Srinivasmurthy and local trained from his mother and sisters. He has blended into his music classical conservatism and the dynamic spirit of innovations. He has performed at many prestigious places and many festivals and utsava’s like dasaea festivals, ganesha festival, ramotsava, sri Krishna janmashtami and Karnataka rajyosthsava all over the country.
