Sri. S P Anantha Padmanabha started learning violin from Hosalli Sri K Venkatram. He underwent advanced training under Mysore Sri R Dayakar. He exposed him to the legendary M S Gopalakrishnan style (Baani) of playing the Violin. He continued learning violin from violinists A Kanyakumari and Sri B Dakshinamoorthy. He also learned Carnatic vocal. He learned it from Sri P S Narayanaswamy and Rudrapatnam Sri R N Thyagarajan. He has accompanied many leading musicians. He has performed in almost all the leading sabhas in India from past 18 years. He is a recipient of many award and titles. He is one of the top violinists of India in the field of Carnatic music.
