Revathi Narasimhan is a well-known classical dancer, in Bangalore. She started her training in Bharatnatyam at a very young age, under the guidance of her guru Smt.Kausalya. With a speciality in "Vazhuvoor" style of dancing, she performed her "Arangetram" at the age of 9.

Revathi has given recitals all over India and abroad at prestigious venues. She has close to 4 decades of classical dance training to her students. She has guided several students to become Doordarshan artists and excellent in academics. She has rendered "Nathuvaangam" for many of her disciple's performances at prestigious platforms. She has served as a member in the evaluation panel of prestigious institutions.

Revathi is the recipient of several awards and titles for her contribution to Classical Dance. She has received "Karnataka Kalasree", "Rajyothsva Award" and many other, to name a few. She is the founder of "Natya Niketan" at Bangalore, teaching Bharatanatyam.
