Rama.K.Murthy is a popular vocal artist from Carnatic school of Indian Classical Music. She is a disciple of Vidwan N.S.Raman and has given several performances with him. As a music teacher, she works for Freedom International School. She trains students for competitions, music programmes and for examinations conducted by Karnataka State Secondary Education Board. Her book "Swaravali" is an accepted book for Junior examinations, conducted by KSSEB, published by Guru Smruthi Kala Kendra.
