Radhika Shetty is a highly endowed and promising artiste who was introduced into the art form of Bharatanatyam by Vidushi Smt. Sharadamani Shekhar of Sanathana Natyalaya, Mangaluru. Radhika believes that propagating the art form is also very important to nurture the young minds and that gave rise to Nrityaangan, a registered trust founded by Radhika in Mangaluru. She teaches young aspirants of Bharatanatyam at her academy in Mangaluru and also curates Dance Festivals, Workshops and Seminars with the sole objective of propagating this beautiful art form. She is also a graded artiste of Bengaluru Doordarshan.
