Priyambada is one of the talented Odissi dancer. She has 20 years experience in Odissi Classical dance. She has trained under various Gurus in Guru shishya parampara. She is born in a traditional art family of Orissa. She is the granddaughter of the great Odissi maestro, late Pandit Chandrashekhar Pattnaik. she received her initial training from her father, late Indra Kumar Pattnaik and later with Gotipua Guru late Mahadev Rout for 10 years. Priyambada moved to Bhubaneswar in 1993 to receive advanced training from guru Gangadhar Pradhan and GuruBichitrananda Swain. She is also trained for 7 years at International Institute Nrityagram, Bangalore. Priyambada has performed all over India and Abroad. Presently, she is teaching Odissi dance at Sri Ram Bharatiya Kala Kendra.
