She is a professional classical and veena artist. She is the founder of NATANATARANGINI School of Music and Dance, an institute which imparts training in Carnatic vocal, veena, Bharatanatyam and keyboard till 2005. She is a specialist in organizing special thematic events in dance and music and also inviting eminent artists. She completed Vidwat in vocal and veena. She presented over 300 concerts in veena- solo, duet, Pancha veena and larger ensembles. She has participated in several workshops presented by leading artists in the field of classical music.
