Medha Manjunath is a full time music professional with over 15 years experience. She has trained in both vocal and violin under gurus Vid. Dr. Sukanya Prabhakar, Vid. Anoor Ananthakrishna Sharma, Vid. H.K.Narashimhamurthy, Vid. L Subramaniam. She has a Masters in carnatic music from Jain University affiliated with Subramaniam Academy of Performing Arts (SAPA). She has given performances in various prestigious sabhas namely, Mangalore Sangeeta Parishat, Bangalore Gayana Samaja, Mysore Nadabrahma Sangeeta Sabha, Mysore Gaanabharathi, and Sri Tyagaraja Sangeeta Sabha Charitable Trust at Mysore. She has performed for Jayachamarajendra Wodeyar Centenary celebrations in the presence of Pramoda Devi and Yaduveer Wodeyar (Maharaja of Mysore). She is also a recipient of CCRT scholarship in the category young artist in different fields. She has secured first rank in both Pre Vidwat and Post Vidwat exams in Mysore. Smt. Medha creates a positive, achievement-oriented and structural learning environment that excites and invests students. Specialised in training students for prestigious Karnataka Classical Music Junior, Senior & Vidwat exams. She is a regular performer and teaches students from basic to advanced performance level.
