Shri M B Hariharan, one of the duo in "Bangalore Brothers" is a famous Carnatic musician. From the age of 9, his training in music started, under the guru Shri S N Sreenivasa Prasanna. When pursuing his advanced music training under H.S.Sudhindra, he met his duo Ashok. Under the guidance of their guru, both started their performance as "Bangalore Brothers". M.B.Hariharan is a "B Grade" artist (Duet) in AIR and have performed many recitals for AIR and Doordarshan channels. He has performed at many leading sabhas and music festivals in South India. He has received "Best Vocalist", "Best Concert" awards as duet performer, from many sabhas. He, along with his partner Ashok, has released several Carnatic albums, to their credit. He is the recipient of YuvaPurandara Award in 2017, for his contribution to music.
