Mysore L.Leela is a soloist who is identified with her outings in “Pancha Veena” as well. She has taught veena at various institutions in Mysuru, Sringeri and Shivamogga. She started the journey of music at late 26 and gerw under the tutelage of my guru “Karnataka Kalashri”, “Vainika Brahma” Vidushi Smt A.S.Padma where she supported and taught music right from shadja to where she is. She pursued Vidwat Certification (A State level exam conducted by K.S.E.E.B) in the year 1984 securing IInd rank. She has been teaching for more than 40 years. She has composed Krithis and Keerthana, Swara Jathi in many Ragas and have discovered new Raga called ‘Vijaya Padma’. She is working as a guest lecturer in Keshava College of Dance and Music (lecturer in Carnatic classical veena instrumental).
