KALPANA KISHORE a renowned carnatic violinist, vocalist and a Guru and SHUBHA NAGARAJAN - a very popular and well know Odissi dancer, have pioneered a music and dance appreciation organisation known as KALA RASIKA in WHITEFIELD, Bangalore. Their objective is to share their experiences and knowledge in their journey of learning and professionally pursuing the Indian classical music and dance forms thereby kindling interest in people especially the young minds as to how to become a RASIKA (one who appreciates and enjoys classical arts or a connoisseur) and enjoy the process of learning it! KALA RASIKA is hosting an evening of Carnatic Instrumental Violin Solo by Vidushi KALPANA KISHORE followed by an Odissi Dance Solo by Smt.
