Dr.Vidyabhushana is an outstanding Carnatic music Vocalist, from Bangalore. He began his vocal training from his father ate Sri Govindacharya, and took Sri B. V. Narayana Aithal of Udupi, for his further training. He expanded his boundaries of learning music, under the tutelage of Sangeetha Kalanidhi Sri R. K. Srikantan and then from T. V. Gopalakrishnan of Chennai. Vidyabhushana has given performances all over the world for 20 years. His interest in devotional songs knew no bounds, and till date have released close to 100 albums. He has won several accolades in his career, "Sangeetha Vidya Nidhi" and "Doctorate" from Hampi University, to name a few. Dr.Vidyabhushana is the founder of the trust "Bhakti Bharathi Prathistana", where he performs community service and spreads devotion through music.
