With more than 20 years of culinary teaching experience at hand, the Cookery School offers an ultimate training in cuisine, pastry, kitchen management and gastronomy overall. Today they have more than 6 main cooking classes and more than 35 sub-classes, all taught by a team of renown New England’s restaurant Chefs. Their current list of Classes includes, Seafood & Fish, Meat & Poultry, European Cuisine, Pastry & Confectionery, Wine Making & Tasting, Exotic Cuisines. They also offer Bachelor's dual degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.
