Smt. Annapurni Subramaniam is a Classical musician who enthrals with mastery of the violin. A professor at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics by profession, a love for music has always been in her family. She is the daughter and disciple of the veteran Carnatic vocalist Palakkad K S Narayanaswamy. She often accompanies her father and guru, with her violin complementing his majestic vocal.
