On ground it conducts intensive training in Bharatanatyam, Karnatic vocal music, Mrudhangam and Yoga for beginners,intermediate and advanced students. Ambalam is situated in the heart of Kalakshetra Colony, and boasts of a 1300 sq.ft performance cum practice space behind Kalakshetra's lush green forest, making for a calm, peaceful and serene environment. The space is true to the word Ambalam for as one enters, one is overcome by a warm feeling similar to that felt when entering a temple.
